London Vacation Rentals. What is ?
London Vacation rentals mostly comprise apartments. But apartments come in all shapes and sizes from the luxury end to places from hell on earth kind of place.
Anybody can open and operate a vacation rental , they turn their spare room into one and call it an Apartment once it has the basic self-catering facilities. There are many such places in London and all over the world.
But not with LondonEscape, At London Escape we offer something a bit different.
We choose Kensington, London as our base for our operations, one of the best reas in all London , it's central location is ideal for London sightseeing and getting around London.
Kensington has it all and within a few minutes walking distance you have lovely restaurants, bars, Hyde park, Holland park and High street Kensington a more central location is hard to find.
London is a large city but with the tube it's easy to get about and from all our apartments you are never more than five minutes from a tube station
London vacation rentals vary greatly anything from a studio to an entire house can be rented in London, facilities also differ greatly but you can expect a clean apartment with kitchen (Shared or Private) with at least one or more bath/ shower rooms with clean linen and towels provided.
Unlike hotels you do not have daily maid service coming banging at your door just as you just are thinking of having a sleep in.
Daily cleaning can be provided by most vacation rental operators but for an additional charge. Some operators charge a final cleaning fee also which can range from fifty pounds to one hundred and fifty pounds depending on the apartment size.
Most owners have a basic price for 2 to 4 guests staying and charge extra for each extra guest above this usually between thirty and fifty pounds per guest per night.
Different owners have different policies so always read carefully the rental policies before agreeing to the terms and conditions to find out what is provided, how many people are allowed and what restrictions are applied like NO Smoking etc, cancellation fees, extra charges etc.
