Kensington is a great location and is central to all London has to offer. The area where our apartments are located are close to many local restaurants, dry cleaners, grocery stores, the London Tube as well as buses and taxis.

Information about the owner of the apartments

The owner of the apartments are Liz and Carl Risberg who own and operate rental properties in London, USA, Canada, Norway, Poland and Bahamas.

They currently own and operate nine London properties and have totally renovated them adding new kitchens, bathrooms and turning them into lovely rental apartments.

They own five flats on Elsham Road, Kensington a delightful safe and most centrally

located road and very close to Earls Court, Holland Park and High Street Kensington.

Keeping in touch during your stay is important to many guests so all our apartments come equipped with PC or laptop with fast Internet and mobile phones. There are no roaming fees or charge for incoming calls, you may stay in touch whilst out and about in London.

All our apartments are 1st class location apartments and close to all amenities including grocery shopping . A large shopping centre , Tesco which is ten minute walk down on Warwick Road. They are like a Wal-Mart super store, but I think you will be very impressed at their European

cleanliness and flair, a large improvement over any Wal-Mart!
