Listing your properties is completely free and our commission on confirmed bookings is as little as 10%, depending on which level of service you choose:

Real-time Reservations, 10% Commission, RECOMMENDED:

a) You join for free and receive your username and password, which you use to update your properties availability.

b) A guest reserves your property and confirms his booking by paying a 10% deposit by credit card.

c) You receive a confirmed booking notification by email, including the guests contact details.

d) The guests pays you the balance upon arrival, we retain the 10% booking deposit as our commission.

2. On Request Basis, 15% Commission:

a) You join for free and receive your username and password, but you do NOT need to keep your property's availability updated.

b) The guest must send an Availability Request, including the dates he wishes to stay - you receive a copy, we receive a copy.

c) If your property is not available for those dates, our system allows you to send a standardized response, stating that it is not available.

d) If your property is available for those dates, our system allows you to send a standardized response including a payment link allowing him to confirm the booking with a 15% deposit.

e) You receive a confirmed booking notification by email, including the guest's contact details.

Obviously, the real-time reservations method is a lot faster and more convenient for everyone.  In our experience, guests are six times more likely to book a property if they can make an immediate reservation, rather than wait around for emails to find out if the property is even available.  For that reason, we encourage property owners to keep their availability updated on our system by charging the lowest commission of any major network, 10%.

Unlike the large corporate booking sites, we are an independent company who, over nine years, have built a reputation for acting fairly ethically - unlike the corporate sites, we will never pull tricks such as running ads for your competitors or corporate hotel chains on YOUR listing page.  With us, you come first.
