Where and how do I get the keys to the apartment?
Your confirmation mail will include the telephone number to contact the greeter/owner upon arrival at the airport or train station. You can arrange a time to meet the contact person at the property, to make payment and get the keys
Check-In time is after: 15:00and Check-Out is 11:00
Please note that some owners have an extra charge for late check in
Can I check in early or where can I leave my luggage until check in time?
Early check-in is only possible if the property is not booked the night before you arrive. You can arrange this with the owner 24-48 hours before your arrival. Some owners charge a small fee for an early check in. If early check in is not possible, there are lockers at central station.

Cancellations can be made up to one month before arrival. The initial two-night payment to hold the property is non-refundable. We do advise, therefore, that you take travel insurance to cover this eventuality.
Olympics bookings: Cancellations for bookings during the Olympics can only be made up to 4 months before arrival.
CHECK-IN PROCEDURE
Check-in is after 3pm. Apartments are not available before this time.
If you need to store your luggage, here are some secure luggage storage facilities in the surrounding area.
When you arrive you will need to collect the keys at our 24 hour hotel reception: The Fielding Hotel, 4 Broad Court, Bow Street, London WC2B 5QZ. It's less than a 10 minute walk from all our apartments and you will be given a map and directions.

CHECK-OUT PROCEDURE
Leave the keys in the flat upon vacating. Check-out is at 11am. You will be charged an extra day if you check out after this time.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT
Credit card details are required as a security deposit. We check the property after you leave and we do request that tenants are honest about any breakage they may have caused. £50 will be deducted from the damage deposit for loss of any keys.
ALL FLATS ARE NON SMOKING. If the flat has a balcony you may smoke on it. If not you are required to smoke outside the building. You will be charged £100 for smoking in the flat.
VIEWING A PROPERTY
Should you wish to view a property before booking we can arrange an appointment time between 10am-6pm Monday to Friday. We can only view a property if it is vacant.
