Where and how do I get the keys to the apartment?
Your confirmation mail will include the telephone number to contact the greeter/owner upon arrival at the airport or train station. You can arrange a time to meet the contact person at the property, to make payment and get the keys

Can I check in early or where can I leave my luggage until check in time?
Early check-in is only possible if the property is not booked the night before you arrive. You can arrange this with the owner 24-48 hours before your arrival. Some owners charge a small fee for an early check in. If early check in is not possible, there are lockers at central station.

Standard check-in is between 2pm and 6pm
You should inform us of an approx arrival time prior to your arrival. You
are required to call our staff on 020 7240 5500, 079 6613 1304 or 077 3344
4058 at least one hour before arrival.
You will be met at the property and given a full walk through of the apartment. You can make any outstanding payments that need to be paid and given keys to the property. Photo. identification is required for guests at check in.
Check-ins after 6pm
After 6pm , there is no need to call. Simply pick up your keys at our hotel: address in confirmation mail.
It's only 10 minutes from all our apartments and you will be given a map
and directions. If you have any problems, call the hotel on 020 7836 8305.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations can be made up to one month before arrival. The initial
two-night payment to hold the property is non-refundable. We do advise,
therefore, that you take travel insurance to cover this eventuality.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT
Credit card details are required as a security deposit. We check the
property after you leave and we do request that tenants are honest about
any breakage they may have caused. £50 will be deducted from the damage
deposit for loss of any keys.
ALL FLATS ARE NON SMOKING. If the flat has a balcony you may smoke on it.
If not you are required to smoke outside the building. You will be charged
£100 for smoking in the flat.
